Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gutflow, available at getgutflow.com and through the Gutflow application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Gutflow.

Gutflow is a wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The gut health score, trigger suggestions, and correlations are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in Gutflow. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Gutflow.
• Notify us promptly at support@getgutflow.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Gutflow is offered on a subscription basis, with a free trial at the start of your plan.
• You will not be charged until your free trial ends. After that, your subscription renews automatically for the plan you selected until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

When using Gutflow, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the meals, symptoms, and notes you record. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content in order to operate the service for you — for example, to generate correlations and your gut health score. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Gutflow, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or materials except as necessary to use the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight it produces is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gutflow and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Gutflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users or the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Gutflow after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
